The staff were friendly, but the condition of the car was below expectations. First, they hadn’t prepared the vehicle in advance, so we waited almost 40 minutes to pick it up. The car wasn’t very clean either, with some stains on the seats. We had to clean them ourselves with disinfectant wipes. The battery was only at 50%, so we had to find a charging station as soon as we left the city.
Waited half an hour to get the car, as mentioned, there were additional upsells. But the car was quite new.
