Rented a Volvo, but was given a Nissan with much less space. Volvo costs 500 per day, while Nissan costs just over 200 per day. They insisted both are the same category. Objectively, the brand and space were downgraded. I believe if you claim the same category, the rent should be the same. You cannot claim a cheaper car is the same category as a more expensive one, otherwise, how can you rent luxury brands in the future? They'll just tell you there's no availability and give you a cheap car instead. Eventually, I had to pay an extra 2000 to 'upgrade' to a Volkswagen.

The staff added a GPS fee without saying a word! 147 euros! Zuzuche offers free GPS, which we didn't even request. Who needs their GPS? It's simply a scam!

We had arranged for a child seat, but the service staff did not prepare one and just borrowed a poor quality child seat from another company.

Really friendly staff at the Herz counter. First time using the company and would absolutely recommend.
