HERTZは信用できないレンタカー会社です!とても怒っています!ドイツのミュンヘン空港で車を取り、カウンターの顧客サービスが私のクレジットカードの資料を盗用したり、販売したりした。カウンターを出てから15分後、インドのスタンダードチャータード銀行から国際電話がかかってきた。とんでもない!電話で暗証番号を探すことは不可能ですか? ?僕はその電話を疑った。疑ってすぐ用心した。相手も緊張して早く電話を切った。 なぜ僕がそんなことをしているのがHERTZのせいなのか?なぜなら私のスタンダードチャータード銀行のクレジットカードは全く新しいカードで、初めて使ったので、HERTZの顧客サービスに私の資料がある以外、使ったことがありません。本当にひどい! 相手は成功していませんが、ヨーロッパのクレジットカード販売は本当に深刻な問題だと注意しておきたいと思います。カードの後ろの暗証番号をシールで貼っていたので、ラッキーでした。気をつけて!

Waited over half an hour in line to pick up the car. Despite being told there would be no extra fees, they automatically added high insurance costs without informing the consumer. Very disappointing!
