The staff will try to upsell various things like insurance when you pick up the car. They exaggerate a lot, but you can ignore them all as it's completely unnecessary. If you have a friendly face, you likely won't get the car model you reserved; it will be much smaller, and there's currently no solution for this.

The car broke down on the second day, and we spent a whole day waiting for a replacement. Very inefficient.

Pros: The line wasn't too long. Although there was only one person at the counter, they were very efficient. Cons: They will try to sell you insurance and keep emphasizing the disadvantages of not buying it, even though I already bought insurance on QEEQ and it was indicated on my receipt. The staff still tried to sell me more insurance.

Overall, it was pretty good and the process was very smooth. The only downside was that the return location was not the same as Alamo's.

The reserved car was not available. I had to pay extra for an upgrade.
