This rental company specifically scams Chinese customers. They pre-mark the wheel hub and then claim you damaged it when you return the car. How could it possibly get damaged there? German brains must be full of crap. They don't allow you to inspect the car when picking it up, and when returning it, they say everything is fine. Four months later, they deduct your money, truly shameless.

The rental office is near the train station, but there's another one close by, which could be confusing. However, it wasn't a big issue.

The originally reserved car (Passat wagon) was not provided. The replacement was clearly not in the same class (a regular Hyundai). Paid over 100 euros extra for a Volvo wagon, but did not feel any service upgrade. Will not choose this company again!
