Free upgrade to Volvo XC60

It was quite convenient. The location was easy to find, not many people were in line, and all procedures were done in about 20 minutes from entering the shop to getting in the car.

The service attitude at the Salzburg store when picking up the car was great. A handsome guy handled our transaction. I booked a Mercedes, but was given a Hyundai i30 at pickup, and they insisted they are in the same group, like BMW... How can Mercedes and Hyundai be considered the same tier? Why doesn't the website specify Hyundai when booking, but give a Mercedes at pickup? After a lot of back-and-forth discussion, they finally gave me a Citroen.
