AVIS is located inside the airport terminal, easy to find. The car pickup point is a bit far but there's a shuttle bus. The staff are quite friendly and easy to communicate with.

Picking up the car at the airport is very convenient, someone directly drives you to the parking lot.

The staff at the store was very friendly, efficient, and had no issues communicating in English. Everything was explained very clearly! The car pickup was very smooth!

Avis is a mid-sized international car rental company. The prices are relatively cheap, and the service is just acceptable. The car condition is also okay, but not great. This time I rented a Volvo that had only been driven for over 4,000 kilometers. However, the driver's door appeared misaligned when viewed from the outside. I'm not sure if it's because the door is deformed, but it felt fine while driving. The most worrisome part was that halfway through the drive, the tire pressure warning light came on. I checked several times at gas stations and even added air, but the warning light wouldn't go away, which made the journey somewhat stressful and unpleasant.
