They force you to buy their insurance; otherwise, they charge a deposit of almost $3000 (and they don’t accept UnionPay). But if you agree to buy the insurance, they accept all cards. Hertz doesn't have this issue in other countries.

Average service, but they were very persistent in selling insurance. Although we had already purchased QEEQ’s super insurance, they made us doubt if the coverage was sufficient.

They aggressively pushed insurance and pretended my card had insufficient funds when the first transaction failed. I had to argue strongly to avoid adding insurance.

As expected, highly recommend full insurance, but it can be declined. Had a flat tire during the trip, and the company refused to provide any assistance.
