サービスの態度は悪くなくて、併ぶのが遅くて、前の4人、併んだ30分。車を取りに行くのが早くなっても、早く返せとは言わず、1時間の料金を上乗せしてしまうのですが、実は1日分の料金なので、早めに返せば必ず前倒しになります。しかも、車を返したときには、料金の請求はしていなかったし、クレジットカードを調べてみたところ、請求されていたので、請求後になってから請求金額を教えてくれた。いずれにしても、自分が時間通りに車を返していないせいだ。

相変わらず安いの恩恵を受けている。不明な費用が発生したので、アフターサービスを申請して、顧客サービスの反応はとても速くて、一日の内に返事を出して、私に問題がどこにあるかを知らせます。

Waited for half an hour. The staff claimed that the car I reserved wasn't ready and offered me a different, obviously inferior, brand. I did not accept.
