When I was paying with my credit card, the dollar limit was insufficient. Luckily, I had a backup card. It was quite embarrassing. Make sure your credit card has enough dollar limit before renting a car!

Hertz is very professional, they provided a BMW 3 SUV. The car was in excellent condition, with only 10,000 km. The pick-up and drop-off processes were convenient and quick. This was my first time renting a car overseas, and I am very satisfied.

They try to rip you off. Take a million photos of the car at pick up time as they will try and sting you for every minuscule scratch on the car when you drop it off. They also take forever to reply to any queries you have and will charge your card without your consent (including the supposed “damage” charges
