Probably arrived early, almost no queue.

In Australia, Tasmania does not include accident insurance. I rented a Nissan X-Trail, but they gave me a Hyundai.

The location is easy to find and very noticeable. The service is also quite good.

There might be fewer rental locations in the city. We arrived at around 8 am and waited in line for a while only to be told they didn't have the car we booked or any similar models. We needed to wait until noon for the vehicle listed in our reservation. Given our tight schedule to travel from the city to Apollo Bay, we couldn't afford the delay, so we accepted the new Toyota Corolla they offered.

Service of Hertz Melbourne was excellent ! They're really helpful to guide us on the step by step process to pick up & drop off the car.
