人と対面するときの態度は悪くない。しかし店の電話はつながらなかった。帰国後、電子メールで定損証明書を受け取るのに時間がかかった。メールの返事が遅い。

コールとてもすばらしい。Qeeqで全危険を補いました。車が大きいからです。ややもするとミュンヘンの中心街のデパートの地下車庫で事故が発生した。伝票を国内に持ち帰った後。Qeeqからの保険請求。Qeeqはフォローが早い。メールの返事も早い。enterpriseのメールの返信とは雲泥の差だ。エンタープライズのアフターサービスは褒められない。

The overall service of the rental company was good. However, there was a mistake when renting the car. The staff mistakenly wrote gasoline on the contract. The contract indicated to fill with 95 gasoline, so we did as instructed. However, the car was a Hyundai i30 diesel version and required diesel. Because of the incorrect fuel, the car broke down and couldn't start.

Rented a car in Germany; previously had an accident in France and the car was towed away. The German company actively coordinated with the authorities to help us get a new car for free and continue our trip. We rented two cars, and only one had an accident. Even though the other car also had an issue when we returned, having full insurance saved us from further trouble.
