It took them 35 minutes to pick me up from the airport and 45 minutes to process me and handed me a dirty car... Stuff from previous renter was still in the car. The windshield was extremely dirty.
Horrible wait for shuttle at airport (40 min)
Over 1 hr to get the vehicle. Vehicle wasn’t cleaned because it would have been another 30-60 to wait for the car to be cleaned.
Staff were not friendly and not enough of them clearly.
Ridiculously slow service both upon arrival and departure was even worse
It took over 45 minutes from the time we dropped off vehicle b4 the shuttle driver arrived to bring us to the airport

The rental company took over an hour just to issue the car.
I was very happy with the car and the price but the length to wait was horrible as I just came off a 10 hour flight woth 2 kids and then had to wait an hour just to pick up the car
