The staff at the counter was a middle-aged woman who spoke softly, which made it hard to hear her. Additionally, she was pushing the insurance sales.

No waiting in line

I waited almost an hour to pick up the car. I rented two identical cars, but was only given one of the reserved models. The other one, which was said to be the same class, was significantly shorter, making it very inconvenient. The car was handed to me without being cleaned, and the rear air conditioning was very poor in the hot California weather. The windshield wipers did not work properly, and the car lacked power. If I didn't compare the two cars side by side, it might have been fine, but the differences were too obvious. I requested a car change three times, but there were no available vehicles. Very disappointed, it seriously impacted my trip.

Upgrade to a Ford, I didn't even notice what it was.
