駅はロマートミニ中央駅で11:00に設定されている。定刻に到着してから順番に並んで、ぐずぐずしていてやっと正午前にレンタカーの手続きを済ませた。レンタカーを借りるのは有名なavi Sだが、イタリア支社で手続きをしてから駐車棟で車を受け取るまでの過程の中で、イタリアの梨の従業員はとても頼りにしていない。そんな途方もない状態で、相手とほとんどイタリア語とジェスチャーのやりとりを交わしているうちに、駅周辺の停車場の五階に到着し、無事に予約車両を手に入れたことに感心した。

Complicated procedures, lots of people, extremely long wait time, and we rented a seven-seater but got a five-seater. It was so cramped! There was no way to fit our luggage.

The AVIS service staff had a very poor attitude. They wouldn't answer any of our questions and kept telling us to figure it out ourselves. When we asked why they charged us $650, the response was vague, just saying it was according to the order. The entire time, they had an indifferent expression. We had no choice but to pay the extra money. Moreover, we booked an SUV but received a sedan, making it impossible to fit our luggage and leaving us cramped.
