It was a great car, so I'm happy to pay it, but it's disappointing that this wasn't clearer. At this price, I would have chosen a different vehicle or pick-up location, and budgeted my trip differently.

Previous experiences were fine, but this time in Baltimore, the attitude of a Black woman at the exit was extremely poor. Even with the rental agreement, she still demanded a passport, checked the keys, and after checking, she didn't open the barrier promptly, making us wait for several minutes. Budget should train this employee. Very dissatisfied!
