The process took too long. After returning and inspecting the car (including signing), I was informed via phone ten minutes later that there was an issue.

Very easy to find and great service.

The car rental experience in Kuala Lumpur this time was absolutely wonderful! I must commend them here.

The car was about average, roughly 2-3 years old but with relatively high mileage. Interior was clean and the drive's fairly smooth, but the engine was a bit noisy (have driven many Civics before). There were also many scratches around the body and rims. Considering the amount paid for this car/category, we weren't too happy given the above. We had expected for a newer or better maintained car. Hope to see improvements in the future.

Like: The staff was wonderful and helpful. Car was as we expected and clean.
