When I picked up the car from the rental company, it only had enough fuel for 65 kilometers. When I returned it, it still had enough fuel for 500 kilometers, but they didn't offer any refund for the extra fuel like before.

The pickup service was quite slow, but the return process was faster. The car had low tire pressure and outdated features. The waiting time at the airport was too long, and service efficiency needs improvement.

The service was not as bad as I expected. In fact, the pickup process was smooth. The staff were very patient and accommodating despite the language barrier. They thoroughly checked the vehicle for damages, even spots my husband missed! However, when returning the car, we couldn't enter the parking lot without a card, which took some time to resolve. I recommend getting to the airport early!

Annoyingly, received the car with an empty gas tank and had to refuel as soon as I left.
