Ordered a Large SUV, only to be given a standard SUV with little compensation.

The staff at Launceston Airport were terrible. They didn't provide the Toyota RAV4 I reserved and downgraded me to a Corolla without indicating a price adjustment. There were two of us, and they upgraded us to a three-row, seven-seater SUV, claiming it was a five-seater and not too big, obviously just trying to fob us off. We started the process at 5 PM, and by past 7 PM, after numerous negotiations through our rental company, the staff eventually said there were no Corollas or any small cars left, only this large SUV, take it or leave it. It was clearly unreasonable and abusive.

Pick up took quite a while as there were some international guests before us which did take some additional time. Pricing was quite expensive, approximately 3x what we paid in July, however I am assuming that this is due to the time of the year.

Highly recommend Eurocar. Very ckmpetitive pricing.

I was embarrassed at the pickup counter because the staff asked whether to insure ir not. I explained that I had insured fully through your company. But the Eurocar staff said that any car accident happened then I had to pay $8000 to Eurocar and I could claim through your company. Is that true? Who is your insurance agent in Australia?
