The staff were Indian, making communication a bit difficult.

I rented an AVIS car but received one from Budget. The staff told me they are partners, but I had no idea during booking. The car was in very bad condition, full of damages. This was the worst car I've ever rented from Zuzuche. I hope Zuzuche can verify if rental companies have partnerships and inform customers about who is providing the car. Using a big brand's name but providing a different company's car affects customer rights. I hope this can be improved!

The car was good for the purpose rented. The rental car rate for the rental period was excellent.
