三菱元気が予約していたが、現場には来なかった。1台のキャパシティをあげて、単時間は16:57分、検査の時に車のコンピュータの情報のデータが正常ではないことを発見して、カウンターに戻って車を交換することを要求します。交渉の末、ようやく乗り換えに同意したとき、すでに18時近くになっていた。カウンター係の人は、再請求はしなくてもいいと言っていた。あとでメールを送ってくれた。急いでいたので、気にしなかった。車が戻ったのは17:30で、カウンターも何も言わなかった。後日メールを送ると1日分のレンタル料を払い、車を返す時間は16:57と言った。もう一度のシングルを続けなかったことを後悔し、彼女の口頭での約束を信じた。必ず白紙黒字明示

Very poor service, really cannot use this company. Despite tolerating various bizarre issues, the final bill is inexplicable. They randomly adjusted the pick-up and drop-off times to charge an extra day, and included many unknown additional fees, overcharging nearly 240 Euros.

Extremely poor, the worst rental experience. Promised a Range Rover but got a Highlander. At the time, both QEEQ and Europcar clearly stated it was a downgrade. Where's the refund they promised? They denied it after I used the car?
