空港の車は地下の車庫と同じ階で、頭からすぐに出てきます。Avisと同じカウンターです受付のおばさんはとても親切で、15分もしないうちにやってしまった。保険とか何とかしようと思っていたのに、自分で買ってくれればいいと言われて、油の入ったお金を一箱もらってしまった。鍵を持って指定席に車を取りに行って、切符を取り、駐車場を出て、すべてとても簡単です!しかもレンタカーの契約書には過去の車両の傷が描かれていたので、おばさんはわざわざバスを降りて、傷が残っていれば写真を撮ってOKと注意してくれた。取得した車は注文した車の型番と一致しており、問題はありません。千キロ以上も走っていて、車の調子もよかったし、最高170キロまでは少し浮いていた。

They didn't provide the originally booked car. The only options were to upgrade at a higher price or accept a cheaper vehicle without any refund for the difference. The staff had a poor attitude, like we owed them a fortune. Despite having more staff than customers on site, only one desk was open, making the process very slow.

They charged double the price in the end. They charged a full day's rent for exceeding 2 hours and 60 euros for a tank of gas even though I used less than a tenth of it.
