空港内のカウンターは探しやすく、英語のスピードは穏やかで、簡単で、すべての流れに沿っている。私は英語があまり上手ではありませんが、契約書はまるで読めません。打ったメモも何を言っているのかわかりませんが、大手企業を信用すればいいのです。車を持って行って、ミネラルウォーターを二本くれて、感心した。従業員から自働車破損箇所の写真撮影を指摘され、油が満タンで、車を返せばそこまで行けばいい、免許証の置き場もあり、タイヤの置き場も整備されている。標准化度が高い!それに彼の家はとても繁盛していたので、兄さんはあまり休んでいなかった。

When picking up the car, I asked if I had purchased full insurance. The rental company didn't inform me that the insurance contract was not with them. After returning the car, they directly deducted 380 lira. When I inquired, Grenta rental company told me the insurance was with Zuzuche and not with them, hence the direct deduction.
