We rented two cars at the same time and parked them together. One car was charged over 500 RMB for parking, while the other had no parking fee but was charged 72 euros for cleaning.

Picked up the car at 22:50, which was after working hours (they close at 22:00). The staff seemed a bit indifferent as they were thinking about leaving, and there were some language barriers, but it didn't delay the car pickup.

Excellent service

The service attitude was good, but the car pick-up process took quite some time. I was delighted to rent a Q5 with four-wheel drive; it was perfect for the snowy mountain roads in Montenegro.

The car was not thoroughly inspected during pick-up, just a brief introduction. However, during drop-off, the inspection took nearly an hour with every inch of the car being checked meticulously. Shouldn't the inspection process be consistent for both pick-up and drop-off to be fair?
