The car pickup and return processes were convenient and fast. The staff carefully pointed out existing flaws when handing over the car. The return was very quick and not inspected in front of us, but after returning to our country, we received an email stating there were scratches and charged 240 euros. Fortunately, we had insurance, so there was no personal loss.

The staff at the outdoor pick-up location seemed a bit inattentive. During my first pick-up, they forgot to give me the vehicle registration. When I returned to the airport, they claimed I lost it and asked me to pay a 186 euro fee for the loss. As it was impossible to determine who was at fault, I had to pay the fee. They then gave me a replacement car and claimed they had already given me the keys, but later I found out the keys were still with the same staff member. Overall, the staff at the pick-up location were subpar, making it an unpleasant car rental experience.

Patience

The car was not thoroughly inspected during pick-up, just a brief introduction. However, during drop-off, the inspection took nearly an hour with every inch of the car being checked meticulously. Shouldn't the inspection process be consistent for both pick-up and drop-off to be fair?

The price didn't match what was advertised on the website. The site mentioned a charge of 4.8 euros per day for crossing the border. We only needed the car for two days in Montenegro but were told to pay a maximum charge of 48 euros for ten days (even though we were renting the car for only eight days). The reason given was that they couldn't know how many days we would be abroad, despite entry and exit records clearly showing this. It felt like an overcharge.
