Then he simply charged on my credit card an amount that was more than what I was supposed to pay. I had to show him my confirmation to say that I only needed to pay $132US. I was charged a deposit of $150US (which is OK because it is a deposit). This was supposed to be refunded to me after return. I just checked my credit card statement. I only got a refund of $18CAD. I now need to contact FOX and Easy Rent Cars to get refund of full amount of $150US. All this is quite annoying.
