The elderly man at the Los Angeles rental counter was very patient, and there weren't many people. The attendant didn't check anything, just brought me to the car, handed me the key, and left.

I had to wait in line for an hour, which was a bit long. Also, the car rental company in Los Angeles was very sneaky. Despite me saying I didn't want any additional services, they added an extra charge, which I didn't notice until I drove off. The next day, I called the rental company's customer service to have them contact the LA branch to cancel it, but they said it couldn't be done. Eventually, I called Budget customer service myself and got it canceled.

I booked a Ford Edge or similar, but the rental company staff told me there were no such cars available and asked me to upgrade to a different model. However, when I got to the parking lot, I saw plenty of Ford Edges there!!! Moreover, during the process at the front desk, the service person left abruptly, making me wait for around 20 minutes. The entire experience was extremely poor!!

Good service attitude, and the processing time was quite quick.

We thought there were no cars of the same type available, but if that was the case, we should have been upgraded instead of downgraded. Later, we found a staff member in the parking lot and got it changed to a Ford Edge, which was actually available. We almost got tricked!
