The provided car did not match the one I reserved. The description mentioned it could fit three suitcases, but it could only fit one 24-inch and one 20-inch suitcase. They kept trying to upsell me on a car upgrade and insurance. The car had many scratches on the driver's door.

Long waiting time. Our number was already displayed on the screen, but we still waited for over 10 minutes. Not sure what the staff was doing. During the paperwork, the rental staff kept recommending us to upgrade the car model, costing an extra 85 euros. After we declined, they continued to push for various reasons such as it being flashy, luxurious, and discounted. This made the process very slow. They also kept pushing insurance, resulting in the entire process from queuing to getting the car taking more than an hour! Very dissatisfied.

Staff at Roissy airport agency very unpleasant and not accomodating. the car was very dirty (seats dirty and dog fur inside) and car body very damaged (10 existing damages). at middle travel, the car had a lack of oil so we have to find europcar in Brive for filling.
