スタッフの態度がいいですね。最初は番号台の上で車の単番号を入力して、それからカウンターに来て資料を提出する。パスポート、翻訳書、クレジットカード、提車票。私が買ったのはオールリスクだったので、スタッフも他の保険を勧誘してくれなかった。最後に彼女にトランジットの手続きをしてもらうように注意した。なぜならアイルランドに車で行くからだ。ホールの外に車が停まっていて、車を調べているところを見ると、係員からメールを確認するように注意された。案の定,車の状況に関するメールを受信し,2つの車輪が擦れていることがはっきりと示された。

Never choose this company. Originally booked a car for £1005, but they claimed there were no cars available and switched to a model that cost £1083. Upon returning the car, they unjustly charged an additional £517. They also charged £224 for a small scratch that was already there (I had noted it but didn't take a photo). I've never encountered such a company in all my years renting cars abroad... It's like robbery.
