The staff at the Europcar desk and inspection personnel at Belgrade Airport were very friendly. Their English was clear and easy to understand. The car was almost brand new, having only driven over 2000 kilometers; we drove nearly 5000 kilometers. There was no push to sell insurance when picking up the car, and the return inspection was quick, then they said 'everything is ok.'

Although the waiting time was nearly an hour, it was mostly due to incomplete preparation of documents and language barriers. Foreigners are very organized and punctual; they won't serve you before the appointed time. Also, their flexibility can't be assessed by domestic standards. Completing a single transaction generally takes about half an hour; mine took roughly 18 minutes. The lady who served me was very friendly.

Booked a Range Rover but received a smaller Range Rover Evoque. Couldn’t fit our luggage. Rental fee was unchanged, and no alternative provided after negotiation with your company. Therefore, giving a negative review!

This time we got new four-wheel-drive cars and the return process was not as strict as before. Overall, very satisfied.
