The service at Dollar is problematic! I had to wait in line for half an hour, and then they told me there were no cars available. They only offered me a Camry. I asked why there was no car available when I had prepaid in full. Dollar said the payment was made to the booking platform, not to them directly, so they were not responsible. If I wanted an SUV, the only option was a Volvo, and I had to pay extra—more than half of the original price. By that time, my parents had already been waiting for nearly an hour, so I had no choice but to pay for the upgrade. When I finally got the car, it was a V40, which couldn't even fit our luggage. The staff at the car return were also very rude! I will never rent from Dollar again!!

I rented a car from Dollar in the USA this time. The only issue was that the pickup location in Las Vegas was a bit hard to find, but everything else was very satisfactory. I originally booked a 5-seater Chevrolet SUV but was given a 7-seater full-size SUV instead, which only had 3000 miles on it and was in excellent condition. Changing the car in San Francisco was also very convenient. The car exchange was at LEVEL 2 at the airport, but the signs weren't very clear and caused a bit of delay. Overall, a 5-star experience! It was a very good car rental experience.

I think the getting the car was smooth in the process but no inspections at the pick up point so car was dirty when we got it. We were not shown the pictures of the car inspection from the agent on pickup. But vechile was a nice one

Car was extremely dirty and grubby inside which was a let down.
