This time we got new four-wheel drive cars, and there were no stringent fees upon return compared to previous experiences. Overall, very satisfied.

The weather was cold and rainy. We were asked to drag our luggage to the parking lot, but there was no car available there. We were told to wait for five minutes, but it took about twenty minutes. It was 0 degrees and raining, and after such a long wait, a car with a flat rear tire arrived. We found out and were told we had to wait another hour to change cars. It was too cold, so we dragged our luggage back to the airport to wait. The process was inefficient, and the pick-up staff were very rude with a heavy accent in English, and got impatient when asked to speak slower. We were the only ones renting a car that day, but it took a total of three hours to finally depart.

1. They ignore you if you don't speak English, even with a reservation. 2. They forcefully upsell insurance, not allowing you to see the contract until you sign and pay, which they use to justify the insurance push.

The procedure was quite slow

The service attitude was good, but the car pick-up process took quite some time. I was delighted to rent a Q5 with four-wheel drive; it was perfect for the snowy mountain roads in Montenegro.
