They gave us a very old car when we picked it up, pushed us to buy a toll card that they didn’t take back when we returned the car. Added extra charges during return and we couldn't find anyone for a long time.
Firstly, on the day of car pickup, I contacted the company in the afternoon to ask if I could get the car earlier (I was at the airport then). The company said to follow the agreed time, OK. But around 5 PM, the company contacted me asking if I could pick up the car earlier because their late shift staff hadn't come. However, the rental fee already included service charges for beyond business hours.
Secondly, during the usage, the car had issues. When I contacted the store staff, they asked me to contact the repair personnel myself, and when I told them I couldn’t communicate in English (the store was Chinese-speaking), they replied: 'Contact them yourself; there’s nothing we can do.' I finally had to ask a local friend for help. There was no service throughout the whole rental process.
The car broke down upon arrival in Genting Casino basement carpark. Radiator hose connection burst. Waited over 4 hours to have it repaired nearby. The mood was spoiled.

Amazing customer service. Fuss free and even advised me to cancel on my previous booking as I had booked a car meant for 5 pax but requested for a 6 pax car in the comments. I overlooked that option and you all saved me from having a terrible vacation. Once again, thank you very very much for the great service :)
