店に着く時、レンタカー会社は予約した時と違うタイプの同級車を1台くれた。私はちょっと見て、今回は赤ちゃんと一緒に、持っているものが多いので、尾箱は全部に入れにくいです。そこで私は店員に私の要望を出した。しばらくすると、七人乗りの車に乗り換えてくれた。気持ちがいい。

La réception de la voiture a été un peu bâclée notamment au niveau de l’explication du GPS . Mais c’est le problème au Japon, presque personne ne parle anglais.

The car is in a very good condition, GPS is very easy to use. The staff who took care of us when we picked up the cat at the airport is very very lovely. We really appreciate her assistance, she is very detailed oriented, we learned everything we need to know! Thanks!
