The service attitude was good, but the car pick-up process took quite some time. I was delighted to rent a Q5 with four-wheel drive; it was perfect for the snowy mountain roads in Montenegro.

They clearly explain the precautions when picking up the car, including the return location and type of fuel. There's no push to sell insurance. However, when returning the car, you have to go inside to find someone to assist, unlike other companies that have dedicated personnel waiting in the parking lot. The lady inspecting the car was not very knowledgeable and almost mistook a load-bearing mark for a dent. But after communication, there was no problem. The deposit was refunded on the spot.
