Very satisfied. When they knew we needed a car for 12 days, they changed to a Ford Escape for us. The car is large and comfortable!

They pushed additional sales, the staff's English was not good and they were discriminatory towards customers. They couldn't accept UnionPay cards, downgraded my vehicle, and maliciously charged me without any explanation even 20 days later. AVIS in Switzerland is extremely bad. Do not choose this company. This is the worst car rental experience I have had in years of renting cars abroad.
