オークランド・シティーの店の従業員はとてもよくて、タクシーの側で問題が発生した場合、私達に何とか車を手に入れて、その時すでに同等級あるいは更に高級な車がなくても、彼はなんとかして1台の小さい車を手に入れて出て来た。あとはクレームについても協力して、証明やサインなどの手順を立ててくれます。 しかし、ピクトン埠頭での従業員は忙しさのせいか、あまりサービス態度がよくなかった。車を指定することを要求していたのに、最後にはもう一つ小さなハッチバックをくれた。彼と文句を言った後、彼は私にこれと同じクラスだと言ったが、小さく見えたのに?

The service was generally fine, but the procedures were overly rigid, making some steps unnecessarily cumbersome. For instance, they required seeing the original Chinese driving license and the credit card must have the owner's name. The most unbelievable part was that they switched our car at the last moment because the boss suddenly needed it.
