The process was quite fast, but nobody took me to the parking lot to inspect the car, and they required me to sign off on the car's condition before giving me the keys.

The attitude was outrageously poor. I booked a Mercedes but they gave me a Hyundai, insisting it was the same class of car. When I argued, they said either take it or cancel the order and rent from another company. Ridiculous... After returning the car, I went to the office for a receipt. They promised to send it by email but never did.
