The service staff of the car rental company are excellent. Their service is very enthusiastic throughout the whole process, and they always have a smile on their face. Even for someone like me who doesn't know a single letter of the alphabet, I successfully rented and returned the car under their very patient guidance. It was a perfect experience.

The staff was nice, but the efficiency was quite low. There was one person in line ahead, and I waited for 20 minutes.

High efficiency but rigid service and problematic car

タイのプーケットでレンタルしました。 他国でも何度かレンタカーを利用しましたが、タイは日本と同じ左側通行なのでとても運転しやすかったです。 また、日本でネット予約でき、安いです。 トヨタのフォーチュナー(大型SUV)を借ましたがウチに欲しいぐらい乗りやすかったです。 パトンビーチ はトゥクトゥク高いので、レンタカーがおススメです。

迷うことなく予約できました。 チャットで分からない事もその場で解決できるので安心です。
