The service efficiency was quite satisfactory, and the car pickup and drop-off were convenient, right in the arrival hall. However, there was some dishonesty regarding the deposit; they mentioned it would be refunded within a day or two after the car was returned, but it has been half a month and it still hasn't been refunded.

The staff spoke good English, making communication easy. After returning the car, they even kindly called to check taxi prices for me.

They are too stingy with customers! Renting a car for three days and only allowing 20 minutes of grace period for return!

The service was quite good.

temps d’attente trop long pour récupérer ma voiture alors que j'étais le seule client. Je devais avoir une skoda fabia ou similiaire, j’ai eu une DACIAN LOGAN ( aucune similitude).
