As a tourist from Hong Kong, it was convenient that the staff could speak Mandarin and Cantonese. The vehicles were new and clean, and the staff were polite. The process for both picking up and returning the car was quick. They also provided useful tips for driving on the road. I will definitely rent from them again next time.

KLIA terminal1なら目の前の駐車場なので便利です。T2到着だと送迎が必要なのでwhat'sAppでのやり取りが発生します。待ち合わせ場所は複雑ではないので迷いませんでしたが、朝8時から営業開始なので早朝便で到着すると長い時間待つことになるのが難点。ただしスタッフの方もとても親切でした。

staff is very helpful & polite... the rental is also reasonable. They provide shuttle service from Klia 2 to rental center which located at Klia, the shuttle driver is a kind uncle... all the procedures are smooth and fast, i get my car within ten minutes... i will choose this company next time if i want rent a car again. They picked and dropped us directly to and from airport, we did not need to find the place
