唯一の不便はレンタカー店の电话は永远に誰も出ない。アメリカで間違えたので、レンタカー店に電話して車を保留してもらい、費用を払おうと思った。だが電話には出なかった。私はQeeqの顧客サービスに連絡し、予約した車を返品し、再びレンタカーを借りた。レンタカー店との連絡が取れず、100ドル以上の損失を出した。お店の電話は何のために使ったのかわかりません。この経験は私にいらだった!

Be cautious when picking up a car at the airport; you'll have to pay extra airport fees. The efficiency of the staff in Mexico is incredibly low. Expect to wait in line for about an hour, and then the staff will smilingly scam you out of your money. Despite telling them I already had insurance, they added insurance to my order in Spanish. I only found out when returning the car that this was an extra insurance charge! Terrible!
