Easy pick-up, smooth return! Full tank policy, very good attitude! Originally booked a RAV4, but only Kia and Hyundai were available at the location, so I chose Kia. The mid-size car had no problem fitting two large suitcases in the trunk. The staff were very friendly and kind. No extra charges when returning the car. After returning to the country, they charged an additional $25, probably for tolls and traffic fines. Didn't check the specifics as it wasn't much.

Poor attitude, waited forever with no service staff

I've always rented cars from Hertz. The service is great, and both the shop and the cars are very clean and well-maintained.
