The rental company proposed two solutions: first, switch to another car and pay an additional 61 Euros; second, cancel the order with no refund. I requested an automatic car, but it was denied. I called the customer service in my country for help. They assisted by submitting a request and advised me to take photos for evidence.

The staff was nice, but the waiting time was just too long. We had to wait for a very long time. In Germany, it’s mostly self-service. They give you a key once everything is done, and then you walk to the parking lot to get the car. The Munich parking lot was the multi-story type, and after coming down, we lost the GPS signal in the congested streets. No... signal... at all, so we drove randomly for a while before the navigation started working. But the car was very clean. We returned it at Frankfurt airport; you just hand over the car, and it's done. Super convenient. Renting a car in Germany is awesome.

The service was quite fast and they followed all the rules.

Yes car was beyond expectations. Staff was helpfull and prompt in service. Hassle free pickup and drop off.
