I called the customer service in my country for help. They assisted by submitting a request and advised me to take photos for evidence.

There wasn't much of a queue. Since we arrived early and refused the upgrade, we still had to wait three hours to get the car. The experience was okay, as it was one hour earlier than the scheduled time.
