Overall good

The pickup point was quite far. When we got the car, we noticed several scratches and had to go up and down several times to find a staff member to report it. It was exhausting.

The reservation price was supposed to include insurance, but I was told I still needed to pay for it. I find this confusing.

The car rental location is inside the train station, and all the rental companies are together. It's very fast! There is a lounge downstairs to store luggage. To pick up the car, you need to go to the above-ground parking lot across the street. The staff will give you a map, it's pretty easy to find. Take the elevator up, and the elevator has a password, which is on the parking ticket given by the staff.

The service was quite fast and they followed all the rules.
