Average service. There was a violation we had to handle ourselves; they didn't help with it.

The vehicle did not have an E toll tag (which most local vehicles are equipped with), so an additional service fee of 25 AUD was charged for tolls that only cost 4 AUD. Foreigners have to register their citizen information on the Australian local network, which involves a series of nearly impossible tasks to pay the tolls online. It's a bit of a rip-off.

The service attitude was good, but the A4 I reserved was unavailable. Only the Q2, Q7, and SQ5 were left, and they were all significantly more expensive than my reservation!

As expected from a top-ranked company, both pick-up and drop-off were very professional. Hertz includes full insurance, which is very convenient!
