満足しています。全体的には悪くありませんが、流行の原因で店舗にスタッフがいて、実際に入手した車種とアプリで選択した車種が异なりますが差があまりないことを受け入れました。コスタリカの道路事情は非常に複雑で急峻な地域が多いので、小排気量の車を運転するのは少しきつい。个人的な問題のために車を取るのは一日遅く、店のスタッフは非常に辛抱強く問題を解决することを助けて、ここでもqeeqの顧客サービスに大きな称賛を与えて、非常に責任を持って、問題解决后にも電話の答礼訪問をしました。全体的には満足のいく旅だったが、paylessの方がよかった。

“Never take the assurance at the booking with Easyrentcars / Payless”
About PAYLESS: 9.3 /10
When we arrived at payless San Jose Costa Rica we hade to pay for another insurance even if we already took one at the booking. The reprensentant at Payless said that this insurance did not worth nothing. So for 3 week rental it cost us around 2700$ Can. We consider that it was a robbery. It starts the vacations very bad.

The van was perfect for the group of 10 to get us from the airport to the hotel and around the town of San Jose and the surrounding areas. The staff at Payless was very helpful and customer service was excellent.

Renting the car on line went very well. The price of the vehicle was reasonable however the insurance was a little high but the need for it was definite based on the driving behavior of the citizens of San Jose.
