They also reminded us about the need for parking coupons and Touch an Go cards - and where to get them Was a lot more confident after that and enjoyed riding around for 4 days The Full tank to Full tank policy was GREAT!!

After six months, they still claim there's an unresolved traffic violation. There are many hidden issues, and I suspect they are causing trouble on purpose.

The staff at the store who spoke Chinese were very helpful, but the car's condition was old (over 100,000 kilometers) and dirty. When the car was handed over, it was very dirty with multiple bird droppings and the seats inside were not clean, with visible dust.
