Counter staff were friendly & helpful
The car was ok but smelled of cigarettes which I reported before I left the facility.
I left my handicapped sign by mistake when I returned the car - I have tried unsuccessfully to contact the Hertz counter at the airport where I returned the car - I will be back in the next 2 weeks
& hope I can retrieve it then.
